Our pantry welcomes new volunteers! There are a few ways to help each month.

On the second and third Saturdays of every month, we hold pantry days where community members come to receive food. We need volunteers to help with tasks such as lifting bags, greeting guests, packing and stocking, and taking orders. No experience needed, and we will match you with tasks that suit your skills. Volunteers are needed from 8am to noon.

Once a month, on a Wednesday between noon and 2pm, we receive a delivery from the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, which provides the majority of the products we give away. Volunteers are needed to help with heavy lifting, stocking, counting, and sorting. Don't worry if you can't lift, there are other things to do too.

Every odd month, we do inventory, and every even month, we do mass date checks. These are once a month and scheduled based on availability.

If you're interested in volunteering, simply show up! There's no need to sign up in advance. All new volunteers will be given a training form to sign, and we ask that you treat everyone equally and with respect. We will also show you how to keep the stock rotating correctly to maintain safety and avoid spoilage.
